NO, not that kind of human resources, rather the development of our HUMAN resources, by bringing people together to create a humancentric future.
Human Resources
The simple truth is that we have more human resources than any other at this time in our history, and that is a good thing, because human resources are what is needed. It is also bad news because taker culture has been extremely successful at programming culture and us humans over the past millennia to meet the needs of the few, while continually acting against our best interest. It is far past time to fix this problem, and human resources are the only way to accomplish it. The hard part is overcoming the cultural programming that keeps us apart and afraid of connection, the multitude of distractions that keep us focused on screens, skin color, gender, and other people instead of on building connections and overcoming, reprogramming, our toxic culture. To address our cancerous culture, the one killing us with symptoms of inequality, racism, genderism, distractions, fear, etc., we do not need surgeons, politicians, priests, military, or tech... we need each other. We are the "HUMAN" resource that can save the species, we just need to put down our distractions and connect, to find our human commonality, to build relationships and trust. Think about how many resources we can save by simply curing the cancer, then we can change how we approach consumption, waste and reuse? We are humans and can do amazing things...together.
Social Contracts

Like an old building that is falling apart but has a good foundation, we have a great foundation that has been too long ignored and avoided. The Constitution of the United States is a solid foundation with the flexibility to meet the needs of today and our humanity. The original building on this foundation was sound and strong, but the momentum of the unchecked taker culture has added and twisted this structure until it is unsound to the foundation. We still have the foundation of a good social contract but we need to find the will to strip the structure down and build anew, understanding that Taker culture will continue to work to twist it until we can reprogram our culture.

This is the Resilient Ecosystems Social Contract with the communities we work with. It is simple and one sided, but it includes implicit promises and is a foundation for lasting and mutually beneficial agreement.
In essence, a social contract is the means by which "we the people" can live together and thrive. It is a series of interconnecting agreements that sets standards of behavior and a roadmap to getting along, and working together.
Here is the definition from Webster's:
Definition of Social Contract
An actual or hypothetical agreement among the members of an organized society or between a community and its ruler that defines and limits the rights and duties of each
A simple definition from WhatIs:
A social contract is an agreement, either implicit or explicit, governing the behavior of individuals and organizations within a certain context such as a workplace, a culture, a nation or a social media site.

From both of these we can see how it is supposed to work, how laws are supposed to work, how society is supposed to work... Ask yourself is our current social contract working for you, and more importantly, those around you?
For the purpose of "Community Resilience Projects" we propose that a new social contract be developed to meet the needs of the community and greater society. Doing this exercise helps the community develop it's perception of human interaction in greater depth, and when it goes from neighborhood, to community, to region and beyond, change begins for us all based on a bottom up, human centric process that makes more sense than the monster we are experiencing now.

reprograming culture
The "TAKER" culture we are experiencing has been developing for thousands of years, so reprogramming it will take some time. This is not a television show or even a Marvel phase. This is life and setting expectations will get the job done better than facing disappointment based on false expectations. This is a generational journey, but that is good, it means that we will be here for it!
Here it is, the model for reprogramming culture, are you ready?

Yep, that's it, simple right? Just remember, simple does not mean easy...
