A real talk on points of view
Ironically, he posted this after being introduced to Beau of the Fifth Column.
This is timely and speaks to the core of the issue, and the cure for our toxic culture through our embracing our humanity.

The power of people working together and the reality of the 16% tipping point.
This amazing flash mob was possible because 80 people seeded among a crowd of thousands engaged with people around them and taught them the basic moves. This alone made this choreographed dance a reality. Using this as an example of the change process illustrates how a few people focused on the goals will move the Kitsap Resiliency Project to make a positive changes in Kitsap County!
