“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed, citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.”

Tipping Points
Tipping Point, noun: the critical point in a situation, process, or system beyond which a significant and often unstoppable effect or change takes place (Merriam-Webster)
Cultural/Social/Societal change happens when a percentage of people change the direction of the accepted norms. This number can be as small as 15-20%, it can begin small and local and grow to become global. This change is more evolutionary than revolutionary in nature, and is more like changing your mind than overthrowing a government.

A lot of what we accept as "Truth", as "Human Nature", as "Accepted" norms, are simply the programing of our cultural framework, and are not based on any real data, behavior, or understanding of our humanity. This is the reason for the mixed messages we receive, whose core supports the "machine" which is our cultural framework. A machine whose programming focuses on driving profit/resources to a few and taking it from the many. This machine does not measure resources, cause and effect, beyond its programming, human needs or condition, it just runs the program endlessly to the detriment of humankind. Revolution just cycles the few and never seems to serve the many. With an "Intentional" evolutionary process people can learn, connect, cooperate, and reprogram the machine to support our humanity and our planet. The problem is that we need to reprogram ourselves first. This is where perspective informs perception, we need to start by gaining a greater perspective.

Puzzle Pieces
When you build a jigsaw puzzle you separate the pieces by like, and you look at the picture on the box, everything ready and organized to make a pretty picture. Life is not organized, and while there are lots of pretty pictures they rarely represent our lives. The picture we want does not come on a box, it has yet to be developed. This is why everything is so broken, we are a whole bunch of jigsaw puzzle pieces spread across the world having no idea where the pieces we fit into are?
The point is that you are a puzzle piece, the life experience you have, the way you think, the way you see things, is unique to you, but vital to everyone!
The other thing you do when building a jigsaw puzzle is start with the edges. In this case we have started putting the edges together and making a frame for the picture to be. Of course we cannot know what the picture will be until you bring your pieces to the table, you are the picture. The picture of a human future, a thriving future, a future where people and our planet is central to our life, must be diverse, inclusive, and representative, so your piece must be there.
The question is... will you bring it?
